Refund policy
- We allow a 10 days return & FULL refund policy from the received date of of the item.
- We offer a full refund for all full priced items only. Refunds are not applicable on SALE items.
- Items must be received first to process the Refund to the customer.
Items must be returned within a sellable condition - unworn, with tags and dust bags. - PLEASE NOTE: Items that are damaged, will NOT qualify to be returned. *We have the right to refuse a refund*
- Card refunds will be returned through the original card used on the transaction. Please allow 14-25 days for your refund to appear back into your account depending on the card type - once the item (s) have been received back to us.

International orders must be returned at customers own cost.
Once you have e-mailed us we will arrange with you the convenient time and place for the items to be collected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
