1. CUSTOMS/DUTY & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders are shipped from our regional fulfillment hub in Dubai, U.A.E. Customs authorities in other countries may charge import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND CHARGES

Prices shown for each country includes delivery charges unless the total order value falls below a minimum in which case a nominal fee is charged.

UAE: (1-2 days): AED 20 AED for orders below AED 350
GCC: (3-5 days): AED 50 AED
Other Countries (5-7 days):  Price may vary and is calculated upon checkout

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and delays may occur that are out of our control (e.g. due to weather conditions or customs clearance delays).

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the products sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at marhaba@lilzaytooni.com.
